Overview

The Treasury Operations Specialist - Liquidity will support the Cash Manager in the day-to-day management of all cash, liquidity management, treasury operations, cash positioning and payment processing activities undertaken by Treasury for the organization. In addition, will support the Cash Manager in all necessary M&A Activities, maintain the Treasury Management System and act as a back up for certain job-related functions.

You understand the delicate balance of taking initiative, planning, and tracking of tasks for your area, and communication across a large organization.

What You'll Do

Work with and support the Cash Manager to:
Review and report on all Corporate cash management movements Execute daily concentration cash transactions and perform daily cash reconciliation and current day cash positioning Assist with mid to long term cash forecasting requirements Produce required cash reports on a timely basis and support adhoc requests from senior management Execute WIRE/ACH transfers and other necessary funding movements, required to balance company's daily cash position Provide data for monthly journal entries relating to cash management activity Administer transactions regarding debt service and ongoing credit facility required communications Assist with automation of banking functions, where appropriate Control bank account balances and interfaces with banks in relation to bank service fees Support Bank Operations as backup for onboarding newly acquired agencies into the corporate banking structure Perform required payment verification and security checks in accordance with Treasury disbursement policies Facilitate the administration of the company credit card program Follow company policies and procedures with respect to all essential duties and responsibilities of the job. Undertake other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting preferred 2+ years of banking of cash management experience Knowledge and use of Treasury Management systems Knowledge of cash management and payment products, and processes of U.S. financial institutions
