We are looking for an Advertising and Sales Development Manager with well developed graphics skills. In this position you will be working to help strengthen strategic relationships with partners and potential customers. You will be responsible for the development of sales presentations, design layouts and design concepts. You will be assisting in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact. You will be working with sales and product development to help implement business development initiatives, increase sales, manage multiple campaigns, as well as assisting with the analysis of business competition and market research. Your responsibilities will also include various administrative tasks, including, but not limited to scheduling and coordinating meetings and contributing to the overall day to day operations of the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing sales proposals
  • Use digital illustration photo editing software, and layout software to create client and prospect presentations
  • Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message
  • Design layouts, including selection of colors, images, and typefaces
  • Present design concepts to business development/strategic partnerships team
  • Incorporate changes recommended by clients into final designs
  • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in a fast paced sales driven ad agency, brand marketer or ad tech platform
  • Expertise in fast high quality sales presentation design
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and the Adobe Suite
  • Expertise in PowerPoint, InDesign, and GSuite
  • General understanding of linear TV, streaming publishers and digital advertising
  • BA or BS Degree
  • Location: Los Angeles, remote, with occasional in-person team meetings
