Role OverviewReporting to the Senior Manager of In-Store within our Advertising team, you will manage the daily operations of our latest Merchant growth initiatives. We seek an individual who is dedicated to addressing customer challenges, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is willing to take initiative to test and launch Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). Once our offices resume in-person operations, this position is expected to be hybrid, combining both in-office and remote work.
What You Will Do- Strategize: Grasp the requirements of our partners, prioritize them based on impact, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise solutions.
- Implement: Spearhead the rollout of new services and procedures for managing Merchant launches.
- Construct: Operate effectively in an uncertain environment and establish order amidst undefined opportunities. You will be responsible for creating playbooks and templates.
- Analyze: Utilize data to support your hypotheses and persuade cross-functional partners.
- Influence: Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Development teams to align on strategies and bring these products to market.
- 4+ years of experience in high-growth environments (including tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or similar fields).
- A passion for driving change daily and the ability to thrive in energizing settings.
- A knack for translating high-level objectives into actionable plans, with a focus on detailed implementation.
- A fundamental approach to problem-solving, translating strategic visions into measurable success metrics and actionable plans.
- A desire to explore various business challenges and engage with different aspects of the organization.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with comfort in SQL and advanced Excel modeling (capable of managing complex spreadsheets).
