Join our dynamic team at ttcInnovations, a leading provider in custom learning solutions. We are committed to driving growth and excellence in the Learning and Development (L&D) sector through our dedicated sales force. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to expand our market reach, create new opportunities, and consistently close significant deals that contribute to our ambitious sales targets.

The Senior Sales Executive, will be pivotal in generating sales by identifying and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders in large organizations, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions that align with their strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

·       Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed sales targets.

·       Proactively identify and target large clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.

·       Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.

·       Present and articulate learning solutions to executive C-suite/Board level executives in a clear, concise manner to address client pain-points.

·       Demonstrate the company’s value proposition in enhancing the client’s internal learning team’s expertise and capacity.

·       Conduct client-focused presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our services.

·       Utilize solution selling techniques to identify customer pain points and position our offerings as the optimal solution.

  • Analyze complex problems in real-time and develop creative, practical solutions.
  • Adjust strategies and approaches based on evolving information and changing conditions.
  • Convey decisions and instructions clearly and concisely to team members and stakeholders.
  • Anticipate potential challenges and take preemptive action to mitigate risks.
  • Negotiate contracts effectively to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and operations/service delivery to meet customer requirements and inform about market trends.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and regular sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct high-level sales negotiations and close deals that align with client and company expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where quick thinking and decisive action are critical.
  • Proven track record of reaching sales goals annually in a B2B sales environment.
  • Expertise in strategic account management.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in using CRM software to manage sales processes and customer engagement effectively.
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in L+D – custom learning solutions sector

 

Salary: $60K base salary with performance-based incentives
