Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator who is primarily responsible for monitoring event budgets and ensuring expenditures are within the allocated amounts.
- This temporary position involves tasks like preparing and submit expense reports using Concur and assisting in monitoring event budgets and ensuring expenditures are within the allocated amounts.
- Candidate should have the ability to maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to events and ensure all printed materials are prepared and delivered on time.
- Candidate should be responsible for managing event logistics by coordinating materials, attendee communication, travel arrangements, and on-site support.
- Must have: Proficiency in office computer software, including Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
