  • Additional Job Details : The Office of Physical Resources & Planning (OPRP) provides complete and integrated planning and design services, construction management, and building renewal, maintenance, and operations management to maintain the physical resources of the FAS campus, FAS facilities portfolio includes 250+buildings. Provide administrative and logistical support to several OPRP Senior Leaders. Manage complex calendars including large and small meetings. Provide scheduling support for other OPRP staff. Member of the OPRP Administrative Staff Team, primary reception coverage person for front office. Provide general administrative support including coordinating schedules, prepare agendas, assemble meeting materials, provide meeting coordination and support information. Assist with departmental archive filing. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, customer service and attention to detail are key skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle various project, archiving files and calendaring for the Office of Physical Resources Sr. Leadership team and others at 60 JFK.
