The Temporary Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
