Customer Service Representative

As the first point of contact at our dealership, you will embody the welcoming spirit of our organization. We seek an individual with a positive demeanor and a polished appearance. While prior experience is preferred, we are open to candidates who demonstrate strong potential. Success in this role requires reliability, professionalism, and a friendly attitude, as well as a commitment to a long-term career path rather than a temporary position. Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to established receptionist protocols and procedures
- Carry out administrative tasks including typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, and sorting correspondence
- Greet visitors and ascertain their purpose
- Maintain and update the telephone directory
- Guide clients to the lounge and connect them with the appropriate personnel for vehicle inquiries
- Address client concerns and direct them to the suitable team member for resolution
- Oversee demo vehicle keys and accurately log demo vehicle reports
- Participate in departmental meetings
A high school diploma or GED is required.
1 to 3 months of relevant experience and/or training is preferred. Candidates with a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and based on experience, aligning with industry standards for leading companies.

While fulfilling the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands for various tasks, reach with hands and arms, and communicate verbally. Occasional walking is also required. Specific vision abilities needed include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
