About this position
You will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day administrative tasks required to increase the company's processing speed, expansion, including research in diverse areas.
This role will require you to liaise with clients, employees, and prospect clients.
This is a startup/fast-paced, high performance teamwork environment. You will need to be Really comfortable with change and embrace chaos. You'll also need to be able to adapt to last minute changes easily.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
Communicate and handle electronic communications on behalf of the owner or different departments
Screen telephone calls, provide information to callers
Open and review all incoming mail
Errands and sundries
Maintain filing system and ensure it complies with company policy
Track and order office supplies.
Maintain contact lists.
Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.
Emails, calls, filing related to accounts payable and receivables
Assist operations team with Ad Hoc accounting projects.
Skills and Qualifications critical to succeed in this position:
Maintains the highest level of confidentiality
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to research any topic to find solutions
Can do attitude, the ability to get things done no matter the circumstances
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well under pressure both independently and collaboratively
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to learn new software quickly, tech-savvy.
Marketing and social media knowledge a plus
Experience required

This position is for our Boca Raton, FL location
Available full time or part time
Ability to work within an office environment and remote when possible. This is a hybrid position after training period.
