Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring efficient administrative processes. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team - Manage and maintain office supplies inventory - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members - Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Assist with data entry and file management - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports - Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements - Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents - Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations Requirements: - Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred - Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in computerized systems and data entry - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong written and verbal communication skills Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
