Repair Administrator

Join our client as a Repair Administrator in Pompano Beach, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for managing repair administration functions and ensuring that repair vendors are meeting the necessary service levels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively review and manage Repair Management Minimum Serviceable Pool levels for assigned repair vendors
- Monitor and manage Repair Management scrap rates by part number for assigned repair vendors
- Review scheduled Repair Management inbound routable parts for assigned repair vendors and make recommendations based on demands
- Work closely with internal customers and external suppliers to ensure needs are met
- Create and manage repair orders, sales, exchanges, and stock
- Analyze repair quotes for accuracy and approve as needed
- Assist with daily repair order reports and sales orders
- Update inventory tracking system and maintain records
- Perform Purchase Order Releases and manual entry of Shop Findings Reports as necessary
- Review and manage individual and group KPIs as defined by management

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of Inventory, Expediting, Procurement methods, and practices
- Experience with forecasting, planning, expediting, and buying
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (Dynamics AX)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Aerospace Repair Management Program
- Knowledge of aerospace requirements, quality systems, and FAA activities
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
