Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll and Office Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for performing payroll entry and processing, answering phones and various other office clerical job duties. This is a very laid back office setting, with flexible work attire requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process employee payroll data
- Handle and manage employee inquiries regarding payroll
- Answer phones and route calls to the appropriate personnel
- Perform various other office duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Critical eye for accuracy and is highly organized
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
- Demonstration of critical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail and complete job duties in a timely manner
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Bilingual in Spanish very helpful
- Previous payroll and office experience and understanding of office procedures and processes.
