We are seeking a full-time 40hr week Office Assistant to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Work hand and hand with Managers, sales associates, and technicians to complete goals each day

  • Plan and schedule appointments and events

  • Greet and assist onsite guests

  • Answer inbound telephone calls as needed. 

  • Develop and implement organized filing systems

  • Perform all other office tasks requested by managers.

Qualifications:

Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • ​Strong organisational skills

Schedule: IN OFFICE. 

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. 1hr paid lunch/breaks per day. 

Compensation: 

$22.00 per hour. 

Free onsite, shaded secure parking in parking lot. 

- After 1 year you will get 1 week paid holiday

- After 2 years you will get 2 weeks paid holiday
