D-Mar General Contracting & Development, Inc. is a prominent construction company focused on commercial projects. We are currently in search of an Administrative Assistant to enhance our operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Sort and distribute daily office correspondence.
  • Prepare and send emails, memos, letters, and other forms of communication.
  • Coordinate and assist with office meetings and events.
  • Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Oversee inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Handle receipt and expense report management.
  • Track vendor documentation.
  • Support various administrative tasks including data entry and project assistance.
  • Act as a liaison for administrative communications.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in construction.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate initiative.

Eligibility Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
