Position Summary:
Interprint Web Printing is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Office Coordinator / Customer Relations within our internal sales division. The ideal candidate should possess experience in customer relations or inside sales. This role involves working closely with inside sales representatives to manage various administrative tasks, assist with current customer accounts, and generate new leads from incoming inquiries about our offerings.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Work in conjunction with inside sales representatives to handle a range of administrative duties.
* Address client communications through emails, phone interactions, and in-person visits (in-house environment, no travel required).
* Follow up with clients regarding recent quotes and production orders.
* Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.
* Manage project specifics with clients.
* Handle product invoicing.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing clients and potential leads.
