D-Mar General Contracting & Development, Inc. is a prominent player in the construction industry, focusing on commercial projects. We are currently in search of an Administrative Assistant to enhance our operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls with a courteous and professional approach.
  • Organize and distribute daily office correspondence.
  • Draft and send emails, memos, letters, and other forms of communication.
  • Coordinate and assist with office events and meetings.
  • Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring necessary items are stocked.
  • Handle receipt and expense report reconciliation.
  • Track vendor documentation such as W-9 forms and Certificates of Insurance.
  • Perform scanning, uploading, filing, and reconciling of various documents.
  • Support the team with diverse administrative tasks, including data entry and project assistance.
  • Act as an administrative liaison within and outside the organization.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years in an administrative capacity, preferably within the construction sector.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Positive, outgoing demeanor with excellent communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and take initiative.

Employment Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Passing a pre-employment drug test is mandatory.
