Position Overview: We are a newly funded startup growing rapidly. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. With a focus on cultivating relationships with founders and stakeholders, the Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to support and elevate entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize key target markets, industries, and prospects aligned with Founder Centered's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, investors, industry leaders, and other stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and sales activities to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with HR to recruit top-tier talent

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles within the startup ecosystem or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of entrepreneurship, startup culture, and the challenges faced by founders.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with a passion for innovation and a relentless drive to exceed expectations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
