POSITION OVERVIEW

We seek a highly motivated, results-driven Business Development Associate to support our continued strategic growth. The role requires exceptional skills in prospecting new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and collaborating effectively with internal teams.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospect, pursue, and close new business opportunities to drive revenue generation.

• Market Research: Identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.

• Client Acquisition: Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the full sales cycle.

• Relationship Management: With key decision-makers – prospects and clients.

• Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.

• Collaboration: With internal teams to develop customized solutions.

• Market Intelligence: Identify trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

• Reporting: Weekly prospecting efforts and overarching sales program performance.

• Thought Leadership: Craft white papers and webinars for marketing to prospects.

• Conferences and Events: Represent us within the industry to connect with prospects.


QUALIFICATIONS

You will have the following experience and expertise:

• Relevant Knowledge: 4+ years in consultative sales roles and business development.

• Proven Track Record: Business development and sales success ($1MM - $5MM+ contracts).

• Exceptional Communicator: Writing, presenting, and executive engagement skills.

• Analytical Mindset: Assess data against a client’s needs to deliver on opportunity.

• CRM Qualified: Proficient in business development software and tools.

• Results-Oriented: Passion to relentlessly create opportunities and pursue growth.

• Proactive: Self-motivated and always thinking about what’s next.

• Cultural Alignment: Empower people, embrace possibilities, and make a difference.

• Able to Travel: Willingness to travel as required (meet clients and attend events).
