As the Business Development Representative at Protelligent, you will have the opportunity to take your career to the next level and make a significant impact on our organization's success. This role is perfect for a sales professional who have seen consistent success growing the top of funnel with a mix of prospecting, calling, appointment setting, and marketing activities. Expand your sales capabilities as the company grows with the ability to create a sales team, hone the sales processes, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Be laser focused on prospecting and nurturing potential clients via a mix of calling, appointment setting, and campaign follow-up in conjunctions with marketing activities.
- New Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities to bring in two new MRR clients/logos each month.
- Account Management: Nurture and grow existing client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service to expand our footprint within those accounts.
- Sales Process Optimization: Partner with CMO to build the Revenue Office with aligned sales and marketing process ensuring effectiveness in lead generation, prospecting, and meeting quota attainment.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on key sales metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing client concerns and delivering intelligent solutions that align with their goals.
Experience:
- Selling IT Services in the MSP/MSSP space: 2 years (Required)
- Proven experience in prospecting and calling to set appointments.
- Proven experience in managing clients and connecting with C-suite executives
Qualifications:
- Experience working for an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP)/Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, including experience in both new logo acquisition and account management.
- Industry knowledge and experience in IT or related field
- Client Relationship Management and Sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience with HubSpot, Autotask, Salesforce or other CRM software is required.
