We are currently seeking to hire an Aesthetic Director Of Sales to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
  • Create an environment that emphasizes and fosters high performance, learning, and professional growth to ensure the retention and development of top sales talent within company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for adhering to defined budget, policies and procedures for sales function and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to assist with the onboarding, training and implement performance improvement plans when sales members job performance does not meet expectations.
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Report on team and individual performance to C-Suite
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Attend company marketing events and conferences as required
  • Build and cultivate new partnerships with potential clients and win back past clients
  • Willing to travel 65% of the time
  • Embody and deliver the "Extraordinary Everyday".

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Sales Leadership
  • 7+ years' experience in Aesthetic, medical devices, pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferably in a fast environment.
  • Bilingual in Basic Korean Preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and preferred.
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
