OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced aesthetic Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. This role is not suitable for entry-level applicants; candidates must possess a solid background in cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, or a med spa environment.
YOUR PROFILE: You are a passionate and meticulous Registered Nurse/NP with a keen eye for aesthetics. You thrive in a dynamic setting and are eager to expand your knowledge and expertise to provide exceptional service and results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer advanced dermal filler and neurotoxin treatments, alongside laser therapies, microneedling, and CoolSculpting, under the guidance of the Medical Director.
- Demonstrate proficiency in dermal filler and neurotoxin applications.
- Manage client intake, consent documentation, and treatment records.
- Conduct thorough client consultations and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Perform before-and-after photography to document client progress.
- Educate clients about our range of treatments and products.
- Promote clinic services, treatments, and retail offerings.
- Provide information on complementary procedures and products to enhance treatment outcomes.
- Adhere to all compliance protocols and policies.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
- Assist with various clinic operations as directed by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in administering cosmetic injectables (Botox, Juvéderm, Restylane).
- Current licensure in California.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- 2-3 years of experience with dermal fillers; hands-on training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with patient EMR systems, charting, and standard office software.
- Exhibit professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Willingness to learn and adopt new techniques and procedures.
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service and consultative skills.
