Position Summary: We are in search of a driven and skilled Inside Sales Specialist with a passion for the beauty sector, who excels in fostering relationships with clients to promote our offerings. In this position, you will be tasked with enhancing sales and broadening our clientele within your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
 Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the aesthetic products and medical devices available.
 Respond swiftly to client inquiries through various communication channels.
 Identify and connect with potential clients, business referrals, and leads, including medical spas, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other aesthetic professionals.
 Organize product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the advantages and features of our offerings.
 Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, delivering outstanding customer service and support.
 Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies.
 Exhibit excellent phone etiquette to engage potential clients, demonstrating a genuine interest in aesthetics and medical devices.
 Meet and surpass monthly sales objectives.
 Maintain precise records of client interactions within the CRM system.
 Engage in continuous training to remain knowledgeable about new products and sales methodologies.

Qualifications:
 Proven success in sales, ideally within the aesthetic or medical device sector.
 Strong grasp of the aesthetic market and skincare products.
 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
 Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.
 Strong customer service focus.
 Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
 Proficient in using CRM software.
 Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
