WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are eager to expand our team with a skilled and experienced aesthetic Registered Nurse. This role is tailored for professionals with a background in cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, or med spa environments. Entry-level candidates will not be considered.

YOUR PROFILE: You are a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse/NP with a keen eye for aesthetics. You thrive in dynamic settings and are committed to continuous learning and skill enhancement to provide outstanding service and results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer top-tier dermal filler and neurotoxin treatments, along with laser therapies, microneedling, and CoolSculpting, under the guidance of the Medical Director.
  • Possess advanced expertise in dermal fillers and neurotoxins.
  • Gather client intake and consent documentation.
  • Conduct thorough client consultations and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Perform before-and-after photography for client records.
  • Educate clients on the full range of Kalologie's treatment offerings and products.
  • Promote clinic services, treatments, and retail products actively.
  • Provide information on complementary procedures and products to enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Adhere to all compliance protocols and policies.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper restocking.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and contribute to team morale.
  • Assist in various clinic operations as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated experience in administering cosmetic injectables (Botox, Juvéderm, Restylane).
  • Current licensure in California.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
  • 2-3 years of experience with dermal fillers; hands-on training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Proficient in patient EMR systems, charting, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all interactions with clients and team members.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to learn and adopt new techniques and procedures.
  • Possess a cheerful demeanor and a proactive attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service and consultative skills.
