Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Aesthetic Inside Sales Representative who is passionate about the beauty industry and enjoys building relationships with clients to buy our product. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and
expanding our client base within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop a deep understanding of the aesthetic products and medical devices offered.
 Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone or email. Field both inbound and outbound calls.
 Identify and engage potential clients, business referrals, leads, including med spas, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other aesthetic professionals.
 Set up product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
 Stay up to date with industry trends, know our competitor’s and their products, and market conditions.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
 Must have excellent phone presence to engage the potential client, love engaging with people and passionate about the aesthetics and medical device industry.
 Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
 Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
 Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new products and sales techniques.

Skills Qualifications:
 Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the aesthetic or medical device industry.
 Strong understanding of the aesthetic market and skincare products.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
 Strong Customer Service orientation.
 Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
 Comfortable using CRM software.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
 Competitive Salary + UNCAPPED Commission opportunities with unlimited earning potential.
