Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Law Firm Billing Specialist/Office Administrator to become an integral part of our team You will invoice clients, deal with vendor bills, input billable time, track and collect account receivables.

Responsibilities:

  • Calculate costs of goods and services
  • Track and record invoices
  • Revise and Finalize invoices  
  • Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
  • Perform all other administrative office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Time-Slips billing program a plus
  • Experience with Clio case management program a plus
  • Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
  • Experience in data entry
  • Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
