Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Law Firm Billing Specialist/Office Administrator at J Diamond and Associates. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our billing and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Calculate costs of goods and services, track and record invoices, revise and finalize invoices, and maintain accurate records in accordance with company standards.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other office tasks as needed.
