Responsibilities for Administrative Team Members:
  • Internal support for partners and team members.
  • Inbound/outbound calls and other digital communication with clients.
  • Client onboarding, secure document handling and electronic file storage.
  • Preparation and proofreading of client engagement letters, financial statements and other documents.
  • Processing tax return assemblies, e-filing and obtaining client authorizations.
  • Help support professional office appearance, supplies, meetings, office equipment.
Job Details:
  • Full-time and on-site only.
  • Standard hours 9:00am-5:00pm.
  • You will need flexibility in your work hours (evenings/weekends), January-April, October, and as needed.
  • Competitive salary will be negotiable based upon your experience.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year office experience.
  • Client service experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation.
  • Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
You will stand out if you have:
  • CPA Firm experience providing admin support for tax, audit or accounting departments.
  • Knowledge of tax, accounting, and financial terminology.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
