- Full-time and on-site only.
- Standard hours 9:00am-5:00pm.
- You will need flexibility in your work hours (evenings/weekends), January-April, October, and as needed.
- Competitive salary will be negotiable based upon your experience.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- At least 1 year office experience.
- Client service experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and presentation.
- Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
- CPA Firm experience providing admin support for tax, audit or accounting departments.
- Knowledge of tax, accounting, and financial terminology.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
