Your Responsibilities
Key Duties:
- Maintain office presence Monday through Friday during designated hours
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper distribution
- Process payments from clients and staff
- Update records and notes in the company database
- Arrange travel logistics for the office
- Oversee conference room reservations
- Support HR in onboarding new team members
- Ensure the office environment is organized and stocked with necessary supplies, including sales materials, uniforms, and standard office items
- Assist with additional tasks as directed by management
