Job Overview

A reputable CPA firm is in search of an Office Manager and Administrative Coordinator to enhance our operational efficiency. This pivotal position will assist the management team and professional staff in delivering exceptional client service while overseeing the daily administrative functions of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digitally organize and archive client tax returns and related documents
  • Support the preparation and electronic submission of tax returns, estimates, and extensions
  • Coordinate and manage appointments and events
  • Welcome and assist visitors to the office
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries
  • Facilitate correspondence and communications with clients and external parties
  • Manage internal and external mail and fax communications
  • Assist with basic HR, personnel, and benefits administration
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for office maintenance
  • Perform additional office-related tasks as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a CPA firm is highly desirable but not mandatory
  • Prior experience in office management or related roles
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational capabilities
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office
