About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant / Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to our personnel administration and payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process monthly account reconciliations for the personnel accounting department
  • Verify personnel costs on a regular basis
  • Support the preparation of annual financial statements for the human resources department
  • Provide professional support for audits and reporting to health insurance companies, tax authorities, and professional associations
  • Process general correspondence and evaluations/statistics in the personnel area
  • Support the digitization of personnel processes and prepare employment contracts
