Join an insurance industry leader

  • 6 month temporary role
  • Hybrid after onsite training (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on payments with agents and brokers
  • Reaching out via email and potential phone calls if payment has not been received
  • Assist with surplus lines billing
  • Following up on surplus lines invoicing and payment
  • Sending out invoices and payments
  • Sending out certificates via email

MUST HAVE’s:

  • Ability to multitask
  • Detail oriented
  • Excel experience - Prefers advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) but are willing to train someone comfortable with basic Excel
