- Hybrid after onsite training (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on payments with agents and brokers
- Reaching out via email and potential phone calls if payment has not been received
- Assist with surplus lines billing
- Following up on surplus lines invoicing and payment
- Sending out invoices and payments
- Sending out certificates via email
MUST HAVE’s:
- Ability to multitask
- Detail oriented
- Excel experience - Prefers advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) but are willing to train someone comfortable with basic Excel
