Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee all cleaning activities across our Team Clean accounts. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Cleaning Operations: Oversee and coordinate cleaning activities across all Team Clean accounts in the Philadelphia region.
  • Client Interaction: Regularly interact with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns promptly.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with Team Clean Managers to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Facility Improvements: Identify and implement improvements to the facilities we clean to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Upselling Opportunities: Recognize and act on opportunities to upsell additional services to existing accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the cleaning or service industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Sales experience or a knack for upselling is a plus.
