Position Overview: We are seeking an Account Manager with experience in digital marketing to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage client relationships, oversee their media buying strategies, social media channels, and overall digital presence. While you won’t be responsible for executing all tasks, you will play a critical role in coordinating with our in-house teams to ensure client needs are met and their campaigns are successful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Oversee and coordinate media buying, social media management, and web presence strategies for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute client campaigns effectively.
  • Regularly check in with clients and internal company stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Communicate client needs and expectations clearly to internal teams.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of client campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Support the business owner in maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on media buying, social media management, or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
