We are seeking an Experienced Office Assistant to join our team We are a busy construction company looking for an individual to answer our phones and assist in office responsibilities.  Experience working for a construction company is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls.  Experience in speaking with customers is preferred.
  • Entering new customers information into company network.
  • Assist sales personnel with preparing paperwork for customers.
  • Perform all other office tasks.

Qualifications:
