Position Description

As Administrative Receptionist, the ideal candidate would be experienced in handling a wide range of support-related tasks for all aspects of the business, investigations, security guard training and retail. Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, pays

attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. This individual must be

able to function effectively in a variety of roles within a dynamic environment. Most

importantly can maintain confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion and are comfortable around firearms.

 

Administrative Receptionist

· Greet client/students/customers when they come in.

· Conduct walk in intakes / phone call intakes, obtaining name, phone number, email and the general background of why they are calling or came in.

· Maintain office files as well as the online informational databases.

· Any prep work for classes scheduled.

· Assist in any case work as directed by an investigator.

· Follow up on any internet leads that may come in.

· Others as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Must be comfortable around firearms.

· Ability to establish and maintain accurate records and files.

· Ability to write and articulate.

· Ability to perform a variety of tasks with accuracy.

· Ability to solve problems or come up with solutions.

· Ability to adapt and learn new things.

· Trustworthy and reliable.
