**Job Summary**
The SCO Family of Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Prepare and distribute documents, including memos, reports, and other materials.
- Assist with financial tasks, including billing, invoices, and petty cash management.
- Compile and submit reports, including monthly census reports.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, including ordering and tracking.
- Coordinate office equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Assist with appointment and meeting scheduling.
- File and distribute requisitions and certificates.
- Generate bi-weekly overtime reports.
- Update and maintain records, including vehicle repair records and ATM card account numbers.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
