Impec Group is currently seeking a visionary Sr. Global Real Estate Manager to lead and manage our client’s global real estate portfolio. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in real estate and strategic leadership to align our real estate strategy with the company’s business objectives. As a critical member of our team, you will work closely with executives, regional managers, and external partners to drive cost-effective solutions and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for real estate and a global perspective. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a proven track record of managing complex real estate portfolios. Your ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and manage third-party relationships will be critical to your success in this role.

Pay Range $50-70/hr depending on experience

Primary Function of Position

The Sr. Global Real Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing the global real estate portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and managing relationships. This role demands a deep understanding of global real estate markets, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Real Estate Portfolio Management:

oEstablish new office sites

oManage Regus and LiquidSpace office booking accounts

oRenew existing office leases

oPlan workforce needs

oCollaborate with internal Business Units

Lease Negotiation and Documentation:

oReview contracts: RFPs, proposals/LOIs/HOTs, leases/subleases

oEngage and manage 3rd party outside counsel

oWork with internal Legal teams

oNegotiate lease terms with landlords and attorneys

oCoordinate lease documentation and execution

oNotify appropriate internal departments of new transactions

oCollaborate with Procurement team through Workday Strategic Sourcing

Real Estate Portfolio Payment Oversight:

oReview and approve real estate-related invoices

oPrepare monthly rent rolls for US-based offices

oCommunicate with landlords and Accounts Payable

oEnsure proper uploading of invoices to Visual Lease

oOrganize and file all invoices

oEnsure timely submission of invoices to Accounts Payable

Management of 3rd parties

oOversee brokers and lease administrators

Requirements

oExperience with lease administration software

oExperience with corporate office lease negotiations

oExperience managing office requirements for high growth tech company

oFamiliar with Google suite of software – Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.
