Seeking to hire a talented full time office manager in Santa Fe, New Mexico for a commercial real estate brokerage and investment business. This full-time position involves the coordination and facilitation of the commercial real estate deal flow, managing office systems, coordinating transactions, marketing, light bookkeeping and helping with customer service. This is a dynamic role affording the opportunity to engage fully in the commercial real estate market in Northern New Mexico, wearing multiple hats and in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will learn the commercial real estate brokerage business from the inside out.  Occasional travel to Albuquerque may be required for work and/or training. The position is a full time office job with occasional work-from-home opportunities.  Candidates must have meaningful experience in real estate or related fields such as administration, finance, insurance, title work, and/or law. A New Mexico real estate license is a plus.  Candidates without a license may be also considered with the condition that they will obtain an Associate Broker License in the first 100 days of employment. Some business experience required, this is not an entry level position. Salary plus referral fees and other benefits.
