Job Summary:
Read AI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. This role is focused on driving the success of our innovative AI-powered products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing consumer applications, software-as-a-service (SaaS), particularly within a product-led growth (PLG) motion, and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Use these insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and campaign management.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences. Use this information to guide product development and marketing efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive product success.
  • Independent Problem-Solving: Identify problems and propose solutions independently, demonstrating strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Use data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Corporate Social Management: Manage corporate social responsibility initiatives, ensuring alignment with company values and brand.
  • SEO, SEM, and PPC: Develop and implement SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to drive online visibility and traffic.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to support product launches, provide marketing collateral, and align on go-to-market strategies.
  • Brand Awareness: Help establish and accelerate awareness of the Read AI brand in the consumer software and SaaS spaces.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management and marketing, with a focus on consumer applications.
  • PLG Experience: Proven track record of working within a product-led growth (PLG) motion.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Independence: Experience working independently, identifying problems, and proposing solutions.
  • SEO/SEM/PPC: Proven experience with SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies and implementation.
  • Email Marketing: Experience planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Corporate Social Management: Experience managing corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

The annual total cash compensation range is $85,000 to $115,000 however actual salaries can vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
