RPI Print is a leading provider of digital print services, powering creative solutions for high-quality brands such as RPI's own Blurb.com. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Programs to join our hybrid team based in Seattle.
An analytical, agile, and flexible Marketing generalist, you will use data-driven insights to identify, launch, and oversee Marketing, Event, and Partnership programs to deliver growth in customers and revenue for eCommerce and Enterprise business segments. In this foundational leadership role in the Marketing organization, you will be responsible for crafting coveted programs and levers resulting in increased growth, loyalty, and, ultimately, retention. Your remit will span customer segments, geographies, and marketing disciplines.
Responsibilities:
- Identify areas of opportunities and develop comprehensive strategies and programs to grow specific customer and business segments (e.g., SaaS/APIs; photography; education; global marketplaces; bulk ordering)
- Create and execute the vision for global events and establish KPIs to measure success of the program
- In collaboration with the Performance Marketing team, oversee the planning and execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Analyze program strategies and performance and iterate as necessary
- Work closely with partners across Marketing, Product, and Sales to implement and monitor programs
- Manage program budget and resourcing
Qualifications:
- A deep passion for photography, print services, and/or content creation platforms, with a keen interest in emerging trends and innovations in the space
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 8+ years of program or project management experience in a marketing organization
- 8+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience influencing API/SaaS audiences
- 8+ years of team management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine successes and improvements
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical, non-technical, and executive audiences
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues and challenges
