Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to oversee all aspects of our marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals. This role includes managing an internal marketing team, coordinating with external marketing services, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, product demand, and customer engagement.
  • Lead and manage digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and advertising concepts.
  • Communicate and collaborate with sales and executive teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Oversee the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Supervise and support the marketing team responsible for eCommerce and website development.
  • Coordinate with external marketing services for tradeshows, print media, press releases, and promotional materials.
  • Develop CRM implementation plans and leverage the system for marketing programs.
  • Manage content development for the company website, social media, and newsletters.
  • Plan and execute product launch activities and marketing campaigns for new products.
  • Support "voice of customer" initiatives including survey development and collection of responses.
  • Evaluate current product mix and recommend adjustments to meet customer demand.
  • Analyze industry data and conduct competitive analyses to guide marketing strategy and support decision making.
  • Participate in support of outside sales team at occasional industry tradeshows and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within the aviation industry or for a technical product supplier.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team or direct reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
