Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a formal strategic plan for identifying and cultivating industry-specific cold spray applications.
- Set and monitor development targets, coordinate action plans for customers, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze market data to identify sales opportunities, manage customer relationships, and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on promotional activities and brand-building initiatives.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, attend trade shows, and actively engage with customers to drive sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management preferred.
- 5+ years of senior-level sales and strategic planning experience, MBA a plus.
- Familiarity with DOD operations, sustainment, and contracting advantageous.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
