The Invoicing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the processes related to closing and billing for completed jobs are correct and complete. This role directly impacts customer experience and revenue collection. Must be able to possess professional communication skills to interact with customers while upholding our brand image.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all work orders, jobs and tickets required for installation are correctly entered and closed in the system
  • PO/Contract (SOX review) and margin review on all installation jobs
  • Process labor for all installation jobs
  • Provide professional assistance to customers
  • Provide back charges, sign offs, and rental PO requisitions for all installation jobs (upon request)
  • Provide timely resolution on issues, including customer concerns with any invoicing or billing items
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience with Accounts Payable and Receivables, or Invoicing activities is preferred
  • Must be organized with strong attention to detail
  • Background in administration and financial skills strongly preferred
  • Computer software literacy and accurate data entry skills strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Must be able to meet strict deadlines

  • Ability to take direction and execute without high level of oversight
  • Work as a team effectively

Additional Information

This is a remote position working day shift hours in the Mountain Time Zone. Ideal candidates preferred to be located in Colorado, Utah, or Arizona.

The US base hourly range for this full-time position is $16.00 to $24.00 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
