PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR

SUMMARY
This role offers a foundational exposure to the Procurement sector within the Oil and Gas production field. The Procurement Administrator will develop a fundamental understanding of oilfield equipment and operational processes, as well as the methodologies employed to acquire these products and services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The key tasks, duties, and responsibilities crucial for effective job performance.
- Facilitates the receipt of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) in alignment with quarterly Purchase Orders.
- Evaluates invoices from OCTG suppliers in Open Invoice, cross-referencing delivered quantities with Daily Drilling Report totals and documenting discrepancies. Submits reviewed OCTG invoices for approval.
- Accountable for the entry and upkeep of the Open Invoice price book.
- Collaborates with Fleet Management to ensure that maintenance and new vehicle requests are efficiently processed.
- Assists various field personnel with FMT pricing, ensuring all FMTs are accurate before forwarding to Property Accounting for processing.
