Your day to day as a Manager of Training and Culture

As the Manager of Training and Culture at Enable Dental, you will design and manage comprehensive training programs tailored for both clinical and administrative employees. Collaborating closely with department managers, you will develop targeted training initiatives that align with the organization's goals and foster skill development. Additionally, you will play a key role in coaching City Managers, equipping them with the tools necessary to effectively monitor payroll processes, thereby ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.

Your leadership in training will not only empower employees but also enhance the overall performance and culture of Enable Dental.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
