Job Title: Compliance Administrator
Location: Austin, MN
Pay Range: $21.00/hr
What’s the Job?
- Conduct initial screenings of new business partners to ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
- Document findings and escalate any concerns to the Compliance Specialist.
- Collaborate with sales personnel and other relevant team members to gather information required for anti-bribery/anti-corruption due diligence through TRACE.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of information to TRACE for carrying out due diligence on selected third parties.
- Provide reports and status updates to the Compliance Specialist of third parties with pending due diligence results
What’s Needed?
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within compliance, legal or risk management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
