Job Title: Compliance Analyst

Job Overview: The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. This role involves conducting compliance audits, assessing risk, and providing recommendations to improve compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
  • Review and analyze company practices and procedures to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation on compliance findings, including recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure that compliance policies and procedures are effectively implemented and followed.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Provide training and support to employees on compliance-related matters and internal policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related area.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address compliance issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex compliance information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with compliance management software.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CAMS) are a plus.
