The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, and the ability to communicate complex compliance issues effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the organization's compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify and address potential risks and gaps.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on compliance-related issues, including data protection, anti-corruption, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise on their impact on the organization's operations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance matters and best practices.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on compliance findings, risks, and mitigation efforts to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Assist with investigations of compliance breaches and manage remediation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Compliance Consultant or in a similar compliance or regulatory role.
  • Strong understanding of compliance principles, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance projects.
