Provide administrative support to include the Real Estate department. Work closely with landlords, brokers, and lease administration. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of deliverables.
Responsibilities
Manage department tracking report and provide to business partners.
Assist creating real estate executive packets.
Review lease abstracts for accuracy
Assist with broker correspondence.
Assist with presentation materials.
Review site selections
Assist with correspondence with legal team.
Review and submit employee reimbursements.
Self-starter and ability to work alone.
Passionate about real estate and eager to learn.
Any and all other general clerical duties and tasks assigned.
Qualifications
1– 2 years practical experience
Real estate experience a plus
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with internal & external clients
Organizational & detailed-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage differing needs of the business
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Knowledge of construction a plus
The starting pay range for this position is:
$18.20 - $24.27Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
