Provide administrative support to include the Real Estate department.  Work closely with landlords, brokers, and lease administration.  Ensure accuracy and timely completion of deliverables.
 

Responsibilities

  • Manage department tracking report and provide to business partners.

  • Assist creating real estate executive packets.

  • Review lease abstracts for accuracy

  • Assist with broker correspondence.

  • Assist with presentation materials.

  • Review site selections

  • Assist with correspondence with legal team.

  • Review and submit employee reimbursements.

  • Self-starter and ability to work alone.

  • Passionate about real estate and eager to learn.

  • Any and all other general clerical duties and tasks assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1– 2 years practical experience

  • Real estate experience a plus

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with internal & external clients

  • Organizational & detailed-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage differing needs of the business

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products

  • Knowledge of construction a plus

The starting pay range for this position is:

$18.20 - $24.27

Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
