Overview:

Temporary Staffing Professionals is currently in search of a committed temporary Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources division. This position is ideal for individuals eager to acquire significant experience within a vibrant HR setting.

Primary Duties:

  • Deliver extensive administrative assistance to the HR team, which includes organizing schedules, facilitating meetings, and drafting necessary documentation.
  • Keep HR records and databases updated with precise information, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Support the recruitment process by preparing essential paperwork.
  • Act as a liaison for HR-related questions, offering prompt and accurate information to staff and external contacts.
  • Manage the filing, scanning, and archiving of HR documents, ensuring they are systematically organized and readily accessible.
  • Execute additional administrative responsibilities as required to aid the HR team, including managing communications and overseeing emails.
  • Undertake other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within an HR context.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Capability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care.
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
